Does Candy AI accept PayPal?
PayPal is not on Candy AI’s official list of payment methods. Some older reviews say it is, but the help center (updated September 2026) only lists cards, crypto, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer. If you want to avoid entering card details directly, Apple Pay or Google Pay are the closest alternatives.
Does Candy AI accept gift cards or prepaid cards?
Candy AI doesn’t list gift cards as a payment method and has no gift card redemption or option to gift a subscription. Prepaid cards are not mentioned officially. In our experience a prepaid Visa or Mastercard that works for online purchases is processed like a normal card, but it can be declined if it has no registered name or address, or not enough balance for the full billing amount. If you want to pay without a bank card, crypto is the officially supported option.
Can you pay for Candy AI with crypto?
Yes. Candy AI confirms that it accepts cryptocurrency for both subscriptions and token purchases. Which coins you can use is shown at checkout. Keep in mind that refunds are only available for card payments (see below), so crypto payments are final.

According to Candy AI’s help center, the charge appears on your card statement as “EverAI”. EverAI Limited is the Malta-registered company behind Candy AI. The words “Candy AI” do not appear, which makes the charge fairly discreet.

Candy AI refund policy
- You can request a refund within 24 hours of payment, if you have used 20 tokens or fewer.
- Only card payments can be refunded. Crypto and other methods are final.
- Refunds are not given for technical problems on the user’s side.
- Cancelling a subscription does not refund you automatically. Contact support at [email protected].
How to cancel your Candy AI subscription
- Open My Profile.
- Click Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Unsubscribe.
Subscriptions renew automatically, so cancel before your next billing date. You cannot pause a subscription, but you keep your tokens and characters after cancelling.
Is it safe to pay on Candy AI?
Candy AI is run by EverAI Limited, a company registered in Malta (registration number C107181), with published terms, a refund policy and a support team. Paying by card or Apple Pay / Google Pay gives you the most protection, because card payments are the only ones eligible for refunds and you can dispute a card charge with your bank. Candy AI has no native iOS or Android app; it runs in the browser and can be added to your home screen, so payments always go through the website.
